Hey guys! So I worked a night shift last night and really needed food today, not shakes!
So I ate 200kcals breakfast biscuits, a yogurt, a small pasta meal for lunch and a bowl of wheetos. Approx 1200kcals at the most. It's not a lot of food but I needed it today as I was totally lacking energy after my night shift! I have another one tonight but should be ok with it.
Feeling pretty guilty though! haha, will continue tomorrow with it all :) hope you're all well

Day 3 of Herbalife
Hello everyone!
So today I had a shake blended with banana for breakfast and for lunch/dinner I had a Nando's which I know is naughty but oh well! I am allowed 1 meal a day and since my friend was down we had Nando's :)
I am working a night tonight to will take a plain shake in case I do get hungry. I bought loads of fresh fruit and veg yesterday but I don't think I'm going to have time to eat it before it goes off :(
But so far so good! I've not been hungry and resisted to urge to snack! Whoop whoop.
My desire to eat sweet things is starting to die down :O
Anyway that is my update for today :)
Once again if you are interested in purchasing any type of Herbalife plan my seller is as follows:

Day 2 of Herbalife
So yesterday I had 2 of those chocolate eclair sweets in the evening because I felt I just seriously needed something sweet! Only 60kcals.
And today I have stuck to it pretty well :) I went to the gym too so ate 100g of ham for a high protein snack afterwards as I was totally lagging. Refusing actual food is the hardest part because I'm not actually hungry, I just crave snacks, chocolate and sugar! But because I'm not hungry so far I have been able to resist!
I don't have a set of scales here in Birmingham so can't tell you my weight until Saturday! (Day 6)
The main thing keeping me motivated is knowing that if I stick to this it WILL work :) That would be my main advice so far.
My seller is great he has a website and sells the whole Herbalife range which does more than just weight loss!
Here are his details:

Day 1 of Herbalife
The programme I am using is the most expensive weight loss programme. It comes with 2 tubs of shake, multivitamins, herb and fibre tablets and herbal tea. Normally this costs over £100 but I got it for £95 with my seller, I'll link him below (Think he's selling even cheaper at the moment too!).
So today is my first day of using Herbalife, I decided enough was enough, I have some weight to lose and I want to get rid of it ASAP but without too much difficulty. I researched Herbalife extensively and decided it was for me.
It seems a great way to initially shift the weight (with 2 shakes a day) and then maintain the weight (with 1 shake a day)
I have the vanilla flavour and chose to lend it with a banana to give it a bit more substance and flavour, otherwise it is a little powdery. I am going to continue to experiment with different fruits to give the shakes some variation in flavour and texture.
Here's a little intro into my food and exercise lifestyle. I recently joined the gym and aim to go 3 times a week which I have been doing but am unable to currently as I'm at home (in Gloucestershire not Birmingham). Food wise I am not particularly healthy, I eat some type of sweet or chocolate at least once a day, eat fast food at least once a week on average and don't really have any rules. Being a student and living away from home only catering for yourself makes eating healthily really difficult so I decided on Herbalife as it makes my life a little easier.
His name is Christian here is his website, email and number if you are interested in buying Herbalife at a good price:
